教請暖氣問題

請教各位大神，我換了一個thermostat後/原來是水銀老式的，熱天空調工作，最近天氣冷了開暖氣heat 和風扇不動。又更新了一個thermostat,仍然不動。在網上搜索學習後，發現一個fuse燒掉，更換了一個同樣的3A的fuse, 合閘後馬上又熔斷。我年紀比較大，英語又不好。請各位高手不吝賜教，先謝謝。
