In my home, tomato and scrambled eggs is a dish that tastes

On lazy nights — like last night — it’s the only thing I need. The tomatoes’ bright red is like the glow of an old hearth, and the eggs, after drinking in the tomato’s juice, lose their sunlit yellow and turn into something soft, mellow, and quietly luminous, like an evening lamp in a familiar room.
