Golden Delicious - 2025 Chinese New Year Special

This is the second last pumpkin we harvested in the fall of last year. The common way we eat the pumpking is just cutting  it into chunk and boilling it with water.  And then enjoy. So simple. I would also save some  of the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into slices, steam or microwave it, then blend it into a puree using a machine.
