Dig in! Don't wait for me.

Means start eating.  For example, you'd gone out with friends to dine out in a restauant, and all your friends' food had come except yours.  As a courtesey, your friends would wait for your food to come before start eating.

You can say: "dig in guys! don't wait for me"
