The Look

Strephon kissed me in the spring,    

Robin in the fall,   

But Colin only looked at me    

And never kissed at all.   

 

Strephon's kiss was lost in jest,    

Robin's lost in play,   

But the kiss in Colin's eyes    

Haunts me night and day.

 

注視

 

春天裏的吻是史崔凡，

秋天裏的吻是羅賓，

而科林隻注視著

他的吻從未來臨。

 

史崔凡的吻伴著嬉笑而去，

羅賓的吻伴著歡鬧而逝，

可那科林眼中的吻

守著我一日又一日。
