owner occupancy rate隻有47%的condo，是不是沒法貸款買下？

這樣的condo是不是也沒有投資的意義了？

很好的detached condo build in 2005, great condition.因為跟其他的attached apartment在一起，owner occupancy rate被拉下來了。

聽說detached condo不受owner occupancy的限製，是這樣嗎？
