你可能會遇上麻煩，小心點。。。

closing date 沒有Contingency的，LOAN 才有Contingency。

過了closing date不能close一般就是違約了。所以最好要在closing date之前延期LOAN CONTINGENCY。

我不一定對。。。不過覺得你的經濟人為了賺傭金想你冒險，你要小心點。
