痔瘡手術後不排便，怎麽辦？謝謝關注

上周四做了痔瘡手術，術後每天吃泄藥，正常吃飯，水果，到目前為止還沒有排便。我基本上是外痔，現在肛門周圍都是腫的，怎麽辦呢？醫生非常強調要排便！
