A. 方法一: 用Audacity錄音

Here are the steps to create and upload a MP3 file. Hope it help other newbies like me in the forum.
1. Download and install a voice recorder. I found a free voice recorder called Audacity which has a great quality. I don't even need a microphone and file size is small.
You can download the software from

You also need to download a DLL file called lame_enc.dll to create Mp3. The link is

2. Record your voice and export it as MP3 format
3. Upload the MP3 to Wenxuecity by using the following link:

Wenxuecity will send you a URL about this file to your inbox.
4. In the New Post function, insert music, type the URL in step 3 into the pop-up and add "$$$" after mime types but before ">".
Then everybody can enjoy your recording. Thanks Beijing No.2 about the uploading.

B. 方法二: 用MP3 player來錄音

同樣是筆記本電腦，由於麥克風的位置、質量不同，錄音效果可以有天壤之別。一個比較簡便的方法是用MP3 player來錄音然後上傳到電腦上。可能效果比直接在電腦上錄音還要好。
C. 方法三: 用Vista自帶的Sound Recorder錄音

我的也是Vista. 隻要用自帶的Sound Recorder錄下來， 應該是WMA格式, 然後到http://web.wenxuecity.com/upload.php
把錄下的文件上傳一下，就可以得到一個URL。
然後
-〉加新貼
-〉編輯助手
-〉插入音樂
-〉把那個URL貼到彈出的窗口中
-〉OK
-〉完成並複製到剪貼板
-〉關閉窗口
-〉粘貼到新貼的內容窗口
-〉送交
