1. Raise the front part of your tongue toward the front part of the hard palate, but do not touch it.
2. Then press the sides of your tongue against the sides of your upper back teeth.
3. Produce the sound by forcing air out over the tongue and through your teeth.
4. Your lips are a little bit rounded and protruded (pushed out).
5. Vocal cords vibrate.

1. First press the tip of the tongue against your upper gum ridge. This stops the flow of air
2. Then lower the tip of the tongue quickly, keeping the sides of your tongue pressed against the upper back teeth and forcing the explosion of air out over the tongue.
3. Your lips are a little bit rounded and protruded (pushed out).
