欠債不還

With promise note, 紐約的猶太人，已經逾期半年不還。。。 

我正在準備請律師， 看到Peterpan的置頂，關於討債公司的建議，很受鼓舞。 

我在美國。

想聽一下版主和專業人士的的意見。 實在是對老美失去了信心。 最近見過的律師非常令人失望和無語。
