Lawyer time not based on real timer...

He makes a 1 minutes call, he can bill you 15 minutes.  Read the contract detail because most lawyer charge 15 per phone call no matter 1 or 15 minutes.  If 16 minutes, he can charge you 30 minutes.

He needs to review your case.
