這個律師可靠嗎？

準備辦uncontested divorce. 找了一個lawyer. He agreed for a flat fee, to draft the agreement "with consultations (and one time edit), draft divorce documents needed for filing and explanation of how to file). " 但是，我必須一次付清所有的錢。以下是retaining letter 的節選“... I will require an engagement FLAT fee of $xxxx.xx. The minimum fee for this matter of this complexity is $xxxx.xx (即前麵FLAT fee 的數目）。 If request for work exceed the above work, more money will be required for time spent. If the nature of the representation changes, a new retainer agreement could be necessary (ie this becomes a contested matter). The intent of this agreement is that there will be a one time engagement fee to cover the drafting of the above referenced documents after consultations with the client." 但是我網上查了一下，一次付清更象retainer fee not fixed fee.即，我付的flat fee並不保證他必須把列出的是完成。請問我signed的retainer agreement是不是有漏洞？另外，我們隻簽了這封信，而且他隻給了我這封信的複印件，而不是原件。謝謝。
