Seller confirms receipt of $200 deposit paid in cash on Dec 7, 2024.
It is hereby agreed that the sale is strictly on a “Sold As Seen” basis.
Seller confirms that he is not aware of any significant / material defect (or has been highlighted to him by a mechanic) which might impact the safety, operability or reliability of the vehicle in its current
condition.
NO WARRANTY. It is understood this Bill of Sale implies no warranties from the seller.
Final funds transfer to be performed via electronic funds transfer during the week commencing Dec 9,
2024.
Vehicle handover to be scheduled after confirmation of total funds have been received in full by the
seller.
