得了張speed ticket

在住宅區小路開了25，然後給了一點兒gas, 突然路對麵的police 叫停，說我開到47。然後回車裏查了好時間，回來說車不是我的，我說車100%是我的，又回車查了20分鍾，說record錯了，車是我的，但給了張ticket 200多，我是不是應該去court appeal, 大家有經驗的說說，謝謝
