1, 他自己是律師所的OWNER.

2.    他在發現出事後一直遷怒於對方律師沒知會他,

I have been going back and forth with the Seller’s attorney in a heated exchange. Their office has admitted to receiving the letter on 9/10 which they never disclosed to us. Their attorney’s excuse is that  he “presumed” I received the letter (which is ridiculous and I have done dozens of closings with this Attorney who KNOWS I would have never neglected something so significant had I had ANY knowledge of it prior to or at closing).

 

I just wanted to shoot you a quick message to let you know I am working on getting his client to incur this expense as they had an obligation to disclose this matter since it was not something we could have reasonably discovered (the Town didn’t even know of the issue until they went to read the water meter).

 

以上是他給我的e-mail。他一直強調是賣方律師隱瞞實情,還一度想誤導我SUE賣方律師,實際上,WATER DEPARTMENT 是同時向倆位律師發通知,他自己疏忽了,同時在看水電結算時也沒認真看信。

I LEARNED THAT IF I SUED THE SELLER ATTORNEY IT WOULD BE NO CASE.  HE DON'T HAS ANY OBLIGATION TO ME.
