出租房收回的時候發現garage door上被車撞了二個大坑。

我建議租客負擔換門的一半費用，租客說不是他撞的，拒絕賠付。這種房子外部受損的情況租客有責任嗎？如果上小額法庭有勝算嗎？謝謝。
