查了一下Craigslist上的discriminatory preference, 好像單寫no pets 是不合法的。

你要是加上handicap/disability人員用的狗是允許的，也許就沒事了。
看來你這廣告裏寫not pets, 那就要用到前兩天引起極大爭議的 except as.....這個詞了。

  • postings describing the complex as unable to accomodate people with disabilities (eg. "units are not accessible", "no pets, even seeing eye dogs", etc)
