匯報一下，TN 簽證拿到事業金了（本人失業後用TD一直呆在美國，沒回加拿大)。

開始被EDD拒絕了，通過上訴贏回來了。主要理由是：

1.able to work: NAFTA

2.available to work: TN has no waiting time. I can get TN stamp at border same day when I get hiring offer.

3.not go back to Canada because my family is here

4.Both my company and myself paid UI, nobody told me that I am not available to collect.

Good luck to whom being in the same boat.
