My hu*****and is in India on a business trip. He ordered an ice cream from the hotel he stayed at - Courtyard Pune and found out there're glass particles in the ice cream and he already swallowed quite a few. He went to a hospital close by and still in ICU now. The Hotel's management was unreasonably rude and refuse to applogize and pay the medical bill. I called Marriott International Customer Care and was told they couldn't overwrite hotel's decision! Shall we file a case for this?
