1,my grarge door is open , I am home .
2, the car parking there ,no FL ,no block the RD ,only 5-10 mines
 3, I stop him there ,because he don't give back the car .and he ask $175.00 or $299.00 tomorrow .
   police come he change to ask $87.00. 
we need short time parking right from my home .
