遇到老賴房客

老賴訪客欠我們5千美金房租，我們已經將他驅逐了。上法庭1st cause後和他和解，答應會還錢，現在過了deadline又不還錢。律師說如果要打2nd cause要再付1500的律師費才會re-open 上法庭2nd cause.而且打贏了老賴可能無法追討錢。因為這個老賴把錢藏到了自己公司名義下。

當時screen的時候這個租客有710分的credit,但是有criminal background 和之前被evict過的曆史。中間公司在沒有告知我們這些情況下直接租給了他。
