租客通知我不再續租 help

租客通知我不再續租晚了，5月4號通知我，6月1號到期。我可以扣security deposit嗎？按照合同應該至少提前1個月。
她已經同意一些deduction，還剩一半，我說這個作為late notice penalty。 她說要上法庭。

我不知道這個扣除合理嗎？
