房東要我的Social Security Number And Driver License ID

我和房東住在一起,我住一間, RestRoom 和 BathRoom 等是公用的.
我沒有Lease,但有押金. 我要搬出去,房東向我Social Security Number And Driver License ID 和我工作的地址.說是等1個月後,看沒有東西壞才會把押金給我. 如果有東西壞要Forward 給我.
我跟他說我不能給他SSN. 我也不想給他我的Driver License ID.

房東沒有工作,我怕房東到時敲詐我. 我給如何對付. 能否找房管部門了解如何處理?
