Hi Laomao Banzhu,

Does California law requre land lord to have sensors installed to garage door opener? Tennent threatens to sue landlord if their dog get hurt because the garage door opener does not have sensors. The only way to install the sensors is to replace the oringinal opener which works fine. The cost of a new opener is above $300.
