在遍地都是laid-off的情勢下，這是許多很老練的管理者為保住自己而不得已作的。。我上次講到過我朋友由於沒有promoted to CTO, and was demoted to employee from a director（actually the new CTO wanted to let him go, but a manager who was promoted by the new CTO wanted my friend to stay under him）， 更滑稽的是...後來， several months later, my friend was promoted, and the manager was let go.....
職場的鬥爭真實一個你死我活的戰場。。。貌似有規路可尋，可有時又非常的讓人摸不著頭腦。。。
