TAX ON LEAP SPY CALL

請問，去年底買了 2025 一月的 LEAP SPY call @500， 如果處理， TAX 最優？

1. exercise it？我是交短期還是長期的CAPITAL GAIN？ 

2. Sell the leap call for Long term capital gain?  

any TAX difference for these two treatments?
