請教加州middle class tax refund check 的報稅，

IRS已經定了說not subject to Federal income tax. 但是輸進TurboTax 時，還是當作taxable income as the tax due 增加了. 
 

我是應該直接不放進TurboTax 嗎? 但是收到了1099 .
