去年9月初開車去加州之前，我在網上預定了iPhone16，但9月20號以後才能拿到。
路過Portland，在Mall裏看到鼎泰豐，想嚐嚐他們的包子：
前台：Please leave your phone # and we will call you when it's your turn.
我： But we're from Canada.
前台：(after discussed with a co-worker) We can call Canadian numbers, too.
我：But we don't have a cell
前台：Oh, Canadians don't have cell phones. Then please wait here. 
我沒忍住開始大笑，最後把肚子都笑痛了（也更饑餓了）。還好，沒等多久就進去了。
不過，他們的包子雖然有汁兒，但餡兒還沒有我做的好吃（實話！）。
