“低買高賣”才能保證有彈藥。高位賣出部分獲利，保存部分現金，才能在低位出現機會時有錢買入。

Jesse Livermore 說：現金對投資者來說就像是士兵的子彈，商人的庫存。士兵沒了子彈不能打仗，商人沒有庫存不能做生意，投資者沒有資金不能投資。—— 所以，不能沒有現金；不能沒有子彈。
