感同身受，看到三心說的投資是投資leader和culture. 我想說culture is the key，leader

decides the culture. 我們並不是要great leaders,  而是great or good culture. 但是好像這個不可能實現，除非有great leaders. 有了great culture, 新型的創新的好的產品才可以如雨後春筍般出現，百家爭鳴，蓬勃發展。

這個準確嗎？看一個地方進步落後，看它的culture. 同學們可以各舉例子看是不是？
