我前段時間也是，不是一家公司。同樣的問題。不過到網上去取消自動付款就行了

我同時寫message 給support from online account. They replied you can just simply not paying. After I cancelled recursive pay. We still get bill of much higher monthly pay. We just ignore it. Then I get cancellation notice after about a month. 
 

just go online and cancel the recurring payment.
