收不收pet rent我覺得要看當地的慣例。有的地方房東都收，有的地方大家不收。

象我們這個地方較高端的房子一般都不收。我剛開始的時候沒經驗，要收pet rent，有個很好的房客本來很想租我的房子，石油公司外派的，能租三年，後來卻因為這pet rent放棄了。

後來我就不收了，你可以收一個non-refundable pet fee，再收一個refundable pet deposit。
