Paladium moved from $250 to today's 708, 280% in 4 years.

No midnight phone calls. No advertising, No tenants show, No maintenance fees. No hot water furnace to fix.  No contract to sign, No court battle.

No counter party liabilities. And the beauty? it is outside of the system, peacefully sleeping in another corner of world until one decides the time to exchange some other under valued assets.
