line of credit 可以用來做現金買房的approvel fund 嗎？

具體怎麽操作呢?

 

 

想買的一個房子， 沒有廚房， 隻能現金。 房子要20萬， 修理還要10萬， 我們的approvel fund 上是要求20萬呢，還是25萬為好？
