回答: 絕對不可以. 軟件很多是不申請專利的, 是TRADE SECRET 由 ord 於 2010-08-30 18:59:26

those technologes that nobody can figure out the product and re-produce the technology. Ususaly those are the manufacturing methods for chemicals. Software usually is the easiest technogy to figure out and copy. In making such decision, please consult a patent attorney.
