被保險公司欺負了，求助老貓！

佛州，５月２２日，我車給撞了，完全對方責任。對方保險公司承認完全賠償及租車。剛開始聽起來還不錯，可１０天過去，車雖然已在修車店，但車損還未評估完，且被告知租車得等定損後才能辦理。無數次電話adjuster, 無人接聽，留言，不回。無數次投訴客服，無用，被告知耐心等待adjuster的電話。找經理，被告知case正在處理中，須等待。
向周圍的人打聽發現租車不需等定損後才能辦理，感覺被忽悠了，且被他們這麽拖著，找不到地方評理，氣暴！
求助單身老貓，　我該怎麽做？
