請教 － 懷孕換保險

現在保險是IL OSF HMO. 醫生醫院都很不方便．　現在計劃懷孕．　想換成ＰＰＯ．　請教：
１．　如果在孕期換，　誰支付孕期檢查，　生產，　嬰兒檢查費用．
２．　如果在懷孕前換，　誰支付．

不想換了以後有麻煩，　所以在這兒請教了．　先有禮了．
