請教：保險公司不給報看牙的費用，該咋辦呢

三歲多的兒子半年前拔了兩顆牙，但至今保險公司一直沒給我們報銷，處於不理不睬的狀態，我們該怎麽辦呢？打電話去也不管用，相互扯皮。
