在朋友家摔傷, 房屋保險公司賠償的問題

A friend 在一個朋友家摔傷（喝多了找洗手間走錯門， 摔下地下室）， 腦出血。現已出院，似在好轉。但她沒有醫療保險， 近期也不能馬上工作。 想問問這種情況下， 要朋友的房屋保險公司賠償的可能性和操作性是怎樣的。多謝！
