Aetna 不付我的牙醫保險

做了一個牙冠，居然說那個牙是在以前中國拔的，不是在保險的 covering period 裏拔的，(我一直都戴一個假牙)，所以不付。
我要\\\怎樣去argue 或者怎樣去sue 他們呢？
