謝謝8老師!! 既然可能性不大就不用非移民簽證來美國了。

所以我哥F2B, PD是2/23/2016，到現在都沒有被安排廣州麵試還是屬於正常範圍對吧？按現在的狀況，大概什麽時候能安排麵試呢？看了一下您的回複，我深深感到自己知識匱乏
我一年多前就在Consular Electronic Application Center網站上提交了費用，I-260, civil and financial documents.
