You need the more stronger "Support Letters" (Reference Letters) from at least 3 other countries (the more the better) by the "famous" peers (at least in a position of Associated Professor) attached with their CVs to show how you are recognized internationally as outstanding in the field. The key is that letting the international experts say you are recognized internationally as outstanding in the field.
