Happy lunar new year of snake!
We filed I290B upon the denial of I485 decision, as we were lack of I864 finacial support. We added a new sponser with I864 and mailed the I290B package on 1/16/25, however till today we didn't get any reciept, nor the check is cashed.
So my questions are:
1. How long should we expect to hear back from I290B filing? I guess my question is what we should expect upon processing steps and time.
2. Will its status be updated to my mom's account on USCIS site? If not, where could we check on its status?
3. If I290B got accepted (approved?), then I485 will be re-processed? Does it mean the process time now is I290B processing time+I485 processing time?
