-No.

畢竟到了最後階段。NVC麵試通知可能會比485更快到。但全家都在美國。實在不想一個人在加拿大等。。。

(2) in the form 485, there is a question asking “have you ever applied for an immigration visa to obtain permanent resident status at a US embassy or US Consulate abroad?

應該是 yes or no??我先生是在美國遞交的I824給USCIS.

-It seems you completed the immigrant visa application such as filed DS 260, I-864,  provided all the suport documents and paid the fee. If so, say "Yes" and pur "Pending" or "Withdrawn" (if you withdrew it) in Item 3 Decision of Part 3 and then, briefly describe the case in Part 14. Additional Information.

3）我可以申請B2延期嗎？

-You can, but it will be denied.  You can file I-485 before your B2 expired. By the way, you cannot file I-485 within 90 days from the day you entered US as B2 tourist (90-day rule).

因為我有移民傾向，B2很有可能被拒
