借人氣幫朋友問個移民問題：哥哥幫弟弟申請親屬移民，排期已經到了，但在申請485的時候，哥哥又不同意提供經濟擔保，所以I-485不能file。在這種情況下，弟弟能不能請另外的人擔保？

-The beneficiary can find a joint sponsor to provide the financial support. But the sponsor (elder brother) still needs to file an I-864, and the joint sponsor also needs to file another separate I-864. The joint sponsor can be any US citizen or any green card holder.

誰碰到過這種情況，怎麽處理的？或者有沒有好的華人律師推薦？-Any immigration lawer can handle this kind of cases because it is very simple.
