謝謝8老師！我還想進一步問一下，現在的問題是幫助辦移民的哥哥不肯提供任何經濟擔保，但是可以找到別人做經濟擔保，我想問的是哥哥不做經濟擔保，隻是另外的人做經濟擔保可不可以

-No. The elder brother is the sponsor, so he needs to file I-864 even if he has no income at all. The other person only can be the joint sponsor.
