NIW PD 10/2015，當初140填的是AOS，但是明年1月準備回國一段時間，估計到時PD還不能current，所以想轉成CP處理，有幾個問題想請教下：

  1. 是不是現在就可以提交I824了還是要等到PD current才能提交？-You can file I-824 now. Provide the copy of your I-140 approval notice.
  2. 需要提交一份I824還是也要為配偶提交另外一份I824呢？-Not need. If your spouse's name was listed in the I-140, NVC will send the invoices for both of you to pay the fee for the immigrant visa application in the future. 配偶現在在中國國內，不準備來美485。
  3. 現在TSC的I824處理時間需要7-9個月，這個uscis processing time準確嗎，如果PD在I824批準前就current的話，有什麽影響嗎？-USCIS may contact you for I-485 filing. So, file I-824 as soon as possible.
  4. 最後，NIW到時主副申請人在廣州申請移民簽證時不要求什麽美國雇主的Offer Letter吧？-Yes for the primary applicant, no for the derivatives (dependents)
