網上有些帖子說NIW在CP麵簽時不用提交offer letter，8老師你說的是需要提交是嗎，這是新的規定嗎，那豈不是需要麵簽前還要找到美國的工作嗎？感覺這樣難度就有點大了
-Technically, NIW does not need employment offer letter, but practically, as far as I know the VO in the US Consulate in China will not issue the immigrant visa to you if you don't have the employment offer letter from a US employer. I have known several EB-1A applicants were unable to get the immigrant visa in China until they got the employment offer letter from the US employers.

再追加個問題：如果提交I824後，明年一月不用回國了，是不是到時還是可以選擇I485的？-Yes, as long as you are physically in US.
