我老公現在在申請父母移民來美國定居。（父母都在中國，曾經申請過探親可是被拒絕。老公剛剛考了美國公民）
我剛剛幫他填完I-130表格，還沒寄出.
現在我在填寫I-864.

I-864我要寄回去給父母讓他們問話時帶走對嗎？裏麵包括864表，3年稅單，老公出生證，父母結婚證正本，對嗎？
-Just file I-130 at this time. Then, wait for NVC to contact you and send you instructions, and you just provide what NVC ask at that time. By the way, need to file two I-130s, respectively, for the father and mother.
還有關於I-485因為父母不在美國所以暫時不用填表對嗎？那什麽時候填合適呢？

因為同時申請父母所以所有東西都要一式兩份，那出生公證跟結婚證隻有一個正本怎麽辦？
